I made a complain over a week ago and have heard nothing back which I think is disgusting customer service. Also you may want to change your message alerts as they state 10% of all online orders which is very misleading. I won’t be ordering from here again but want to save someone else from having the issues I’ve had.

Man I spoke to on the phone tonight had absolutely appalling customer service. Want to make a complaint the manager and would appreciate an email or call back. Not acceptable behaviour as I class myself and my husband as loyal customers who spend a lot of money each month with this takeaway and will NOT be returning.
